For canvas print order, the print is rolled into a shipping tube along with your Certificate of Authenticity. All original paintings are shipped in a box with multiple support methods to avoid the painting from getting damaged during transit including bubble wrap and other protective coatings.
Can you combine two photos into one for my drawing?
Your photos may be combined into one portrait drawing. However, to make sure the photos will render well together, please check with the artist. This step is to ensure that art collectors receive a high quality portrait drawing.
How will I receive the online invoice for my artwork?
Once your drawing commission order is finalized and you have sent the pictures, your invoice will be generated via Stripe (if you chose credit/debit card for payment method). The invoice will then be sent to you via the email address you specified in your order. The email will come from Stripe.com and will have Art By Harshpreet Kaur’s header and contact info. You can then make a payment with your credit card or debit card.
Do you take rush orders for drawing portraits?
Unfortunately, handmade portrait drawings or paintings cannot be rushed. A lot of time and care goes into each artwork piece to make sure art collectors get the best quality artwork that they will cherish for years to come. Canvas prints may be rushed on some occasions. Please check with the artist on this.
Are all artworks handmade?
All drawings and paintings are 100% handmade.
How can I preserve my drawing for a long time?
If you preserve your artwork well, you can increase the lifetime of your artwork by a few years. Make sure to get your drawing framed with mounts and glass.
